He led efforts in sourcing, negotiations, and deal execution. His M&A contributions included high-profile acquisitions such as Budge Studios, a leader in kids’ gaming, and AN Games, a top 4X strategy developer, among others. Luis is also actively involved in the startup ecosystem, making early-stage investments in companies such as Bloome and Swipoo.
